Application Process

The application form is:

• attached to this Tenant Selection Plan
• available on the HACW website at wakecountyha.org
• available by email request 
  
  
• Applications for occupancy are taken on a first come, first served basis subject to the preferences outlined in 4. above.  All applications must be completed in full, dated, and signed by the applicant(s), and all documents necessary to determine eligibility must be attached.  The application may be delivered in person or sent via mail to HACW, 100 Shannon Drive, Zebulon, NC 27597, by fax to 919-269-2196, or by email 
  
  
• Application fees will not be charged.
  
  
• Reservation fees will not be charged.
