NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of Wake ("HACW"), scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 12:30 p.m., has been cancelled. This notice is hereby given pursuant to the Housing Authority of the County of Wake By-Laws and N. C. G. S. § 143-318.12.

The meeting was scheduled to be held at the Wake County Commons Building, 4011 Carya Drive, Room 103, Raleigh, NC, and via Zoom.

PLEASE NOTE: The Public Hearing to discuss the Housing Authority of the County of Wake's Agency Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2027 will continue as scheduled.

The Public Hearing will proceed at the previously scheduled time and location.

This Notice of Cancellation is issued the 9th day of September 2026.
