The Wake County Housing Authority (WCHA) Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program invites current WCHA FSS participants who are already enrolled in the program to join us for a NACA Homeownership Workshop on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 10:00am - 2:00pm
This workshop is an opportunity for eligible FSS participants to learn more about homeownership and take steps toward achieving their financial goals.
FSS can help you:
- Improve your credit
- Pay off debt
- Build financial stability
- Prepare for homeownership
- Work toward your personal and financial goals
- Save money as your rent increases
Important Eligibility Information
This workshop is for current Wake County Housing Authority FSS participants only who have already enrolled in the FSS Program.
Participants who have ported their voucher to Wake County Housing Authority are not eligible to attend this workshop.
