Special BOC Meeting 5/20
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing Authority of the County of Wake ("HACW") Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at the HACW's principal office located at 100 Shannon Drive, Zebulon, NC 27597 and via Zoom for the sole purpose of the below items.
The public may also listen to the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners pursuant to a Zoom link[1] which will be posted by the HACW:
The following items of business include:
- All matters for consideration and/or action by the Board of Commissioners and set forth on the May 13, 2026, draft agenda including, among others, (1) Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) Update with HOTMA changes and (2) Issuance and Sale of Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for Bennett Apartments North
- Closed Session pursuant to NCGS § 143-318.11(1), (3) and (6)
The Board of Commissioners will also consider and take any required action necessary regarding any other matters properly brought before this Special Meeting.
