The Housing Authority of the County of Wake is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive salary study to review and evaluate our current compensation structure.
The selected consultant will:
• Benchmark positions against industry standards
• Analyze internal equity
• Provide recommendations for salary structures
