Legal Services RFP

The Housing Authority of the County of Wake is seeking qualified contractors to provide unit inspection and general repair services for occupied housing units in accordance with NSPIRE standards.

Work may include general maintenance such as minor plumbing, electrical repairs, wall patching, and other maintenance items as identified during inspections.
