NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of Wake ("HACW"), previously scheduled for Friday, December 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., has been cancelled.

This Notice of Cancellation is issued this 17th day of December, 2025.

HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF WAKE

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing Authority of the County of Wake ("HACW") Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the HACW's principal office located at 100 Shannon Drive, Zebulon, NC 27597 and via Zoom for the sole purpose of the below items.

The public may also listen to the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners pursuant to a Zoom link[1] which will be posted by the HACW: 

The following items of business include:  Employee bonuses for calendar year 2025.

The Board of Commissioners will also consider and take any required action necessary regarding any other matters properly brought before this Special Meeting.
