Office Hours

Effective October 2, 2024

Wake County Housing Authority Offices will be open to walk-in visitors on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Closing from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).

All Offices will be closed for walk-ins on Wednesdays.

All tenants, participants and applicants will be encouraged to schedule an in-person appointment with their Case Manager to assure the Case Manager's availability when the tenant/participant/applicant comes in.
