PUBLIC NOTICE - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HOUSING UTILITY ALLOWANCE SCHEDULES UPDATE

The Housing Authority of the County of Wake (HACW) gives notice that our Public Housing Utility Allowance Schedules have been updated and are available for public review and comments for a 30-day period. 

Beginning December 29, 2021, the public may review these documents at our Administrative Office between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. 

Our office is located at 100 Shannon Drive, Zebulon, NC 27597.  The utility allowance schedules will also be posted at 100 N. Allen Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587, 105 Youngwood Road, Apt. D, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526, 817 Delta Street, Garner, NC 27529 and on our Facebook page and Website.  The documents will be available for review through February 2, 2022.

Please submit any comments in writing to Elizabeth Camacho, Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, by the close of business February 2, 2022.

The new Utility Allowances will be effective March 1, 2022.
